Clients can use ServiceHub for free. Contractors can bid on up to 10 jobs per month at no cost. For unlimited bidding and premium features, contractors can upgrade to Pro.
How is payment processed?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Clients pay after job completion. Funds are held in escrow until both parties confirm the work is done.
What if I need a refund?
If a contractor fails to complete the work, clients are eligible for a full refund. Disputes are handled by our resolution team within 48 hours.
